Somewhere before 1951 a small group of Christians moved into the Ocala National Forest to a small town called Salt Springs. They gathered together to read the Bible regularly, and ultimately decided they needed to form a church. Salt Springs Christian Church was born and it's first sanctuary was completed in 1952. History tells us that they were a faithful community of people, and here we are 75 Years later. Many blessings, sermons, hymns, prayers, acceptances of Christ, Baptisms, and weddings have taken place since then. Many additions have been added onto the church and it's outreach expanded.
